Personal training is designed for you, our member or guest, to have one-on-one training to get you to the best possible fitness level in the shortest amount of time, and to teach you how to sustain that fitness level.

A personal trainer will meet with you for an hour or half hour session, to assist you in reaching your goals through an individualized program designed just for you.

If you’ve been trying to stick to a work out and feel like you are struggling, or are stuck in a rut, or can’t seem to push yourself to the next level, then let one of our personal trainers meet with you and design a program that is specific to your style of work out…and best of all, you can secure sessions that meet your schedule.

  • One hour sessions – $40 each
  • 1/2 hour sessions – $20 each
  • Custom, individualized workout designed just for you
  • Schedule appointments at a time that works for you
  • One FREE session for new members
  • Get the most out of each workout
  • Helps to keep you motivated to stay on track
  • Doubles training session: only $25 per person

Personal training fees can be paid upfront, at our office,
or online before each session.

Cancellation Policy:

If for some reason you would need to cancel a session you must do so, a minimum of 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise you will forfeit the cost of your session fee. If you are a no-show, you will also forfeit the cost of your session fee. If you are using your initial free session, and you do not call to cancel 4 hours prior or are a no-show, you will not be able to reschedule your free session.
