CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that is designed to offer a level of fitness that is broad, general and inclusive. The workouts involve metabolic conditioning, weight-lifting and gymnastics and can be modified for anyone regardless of experience!

 

What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit combines sports movements, weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning to enhance physical skills (strength, flexibility, endurance, stamina) and neurological fitness (balance, coordination, agility, accuracy). By using this combination, with balanced nutrition, you can do more in any amount of time at anything you do…in general…it makes you PREPARED for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING!

  • $130 – Bronze Package- Unlimited Classes Plus 1 Personal Meeting Every Quarter
  • $16 – Drop In Fee (Per Session)
